Placing Orders - We highly recommend placing cookie orders at least 4 weeks in advance. We do our best to accommodate a last-minute order, but cannot guarantee availability.
Deposits - In order to schedule your cookie order on your event date a 25% non-refundable deposit is required. Without the deposit, we will not hold your date. Priority will be given to the paying customer.
Final Payment - All final payments are due 2 weeks prior to your event date. If payments are not made by the due date the cookies will be cancelled. The date for your final payment is the date for any changes of size, style or flavors of cookies. Any changes requested after that date cannot be guaranteed.
Refunds - We understand life happens and sometimes things don't work out how we would like. A refund for cookie orders will be given if cancelled seven (7) days prior to the event date. The refund does not include the 25% deposit made when ordering.
Delivery - We charge a $30 delivery fee for up to a 15 mile radius. Anything further than 15 miles will be .55 cents a mile.
Pick-up - If you choose to pick up your order you will be subject to initial the policy agreement. This just states that any damages done while transporting goods will not be the responsibility of Woods Cakery Bakery LLC.
Food Allergies - All of the cookies made in our bakery are made from scratch. We use flour, milk, eggs, powdered sugar, sugar, cocoa powder, nuts, and vanilla in most of our recipes.
