PLACING ORDERS

We highly recommend placing cookie or cake orders at least 4 weeks in advance. We do our best to accommodate a last-minute order, but cannot guarantee availability.

Question 2

DEPOSITS

Accepted Answer

In order to schedule your cookie or cookie order on your event date a 50% non-refundable deposit is required. Without the deposit, we will not hold your date. Priority will be given to the paying customer.

Question 3

FINAL PAYMENT

Accepted Answer

All final payments are due one week prior to your event date. If payments are not made by the due date the cookies or cake will be cancelled. The date for your final payment is the date for any changes of size, style or flavors of cookies. Any changes requested after that date cannot be guaranteed.

REFUNDS

Accepted Answer

We understand life happens and sometimes things don't work out how we would like. A refund for cookie or cake orders will be given if cancelled seven (3) days prior to the event date. The refund does not include the 50% deposit made when ordering.

DELIVERY

Local delivery is $50 and anything not local to Montgomery will be price on request.

Question 6

PICK UP

Accepted Answer

If you choose to pick up your order you will be subject to initial the policy agreement. This just states that any damages done while transporting goods will not be the responsibility of Woods Cakery Bakery LLC.

FOOD ALLERGIES

Accepted Answer

All of the cookies and cake made in our bakery are made from scratch. We use flour, milk, eggs, powdered sugar, sugar, cocoa powder, nuts, and vanilla in most of our recipes.
